Number twenty-five - white trousers?

White trousers / slip-ons / jumper / Bag

2 outfit posts in 2 days… Something of a record for me. I'm enjoying the creativity and am trying to get  into the habit of posting everyday when I'm not at work.

I'm LOVING white clean items of clothing at the minute and these trousers fit the bill perfectly, They're really good quality and are really one of them items you pick up in Zara and think- ''These are going to be too expensive for me to be able to justify..'' then you look at the tag and they're under £30.00!

My jumper is also Zara and I found it in the York store for £12.99!! Not reduced in any sale.. thats just how cheap it is! There's different colour options too which was a tough decision but I thought I'd stay faithful to the dark side of my wardrobe.. also I really love how the sleeves hang.

My shoes are from H&M I can't find them on the website but I'm almost certain they're still in store… They were £25.99 if I remember rightly- Which I did think was a little steep for some H&M slip-on trainers when they're usually about £12.99.. but its not difficult to see why they were higher priced. They're a lovely shape & Really comfortable; not to mention they're my favourite 'print.' I couldn't resist! And also H&M have the desirable option of half sizes which always goes down well with me having awkward sized feet!

Last but not least my bag.. It is from Primark and is a total gem! I can't remember the exact price but it is less that £10 and is totally worth every penny. The faux croc effect is what made me buy the bag; as I'd previously been eyeing up the monochrome version but wasn't 100% on wether I was going to use it. As soon as I saw this colour way I snapped it up and didn't look back! Primark has some really nice accessories in at the moment and I have some other bits lined up for some posts later in the week!

Has anyone else found some of the amazing Primarni goodies recently?! I'd love to see how everyone was styling them and see if theres any bargains I've missed!

Number Twenty-four - trench coat and a change of tune

This is the first blog post i've done in months, I feel kind of bad for being so shitty with posting.. but I have really needed some time for myself and some time to figure out what I was wanting in my life. Moving to London gave me some time and space to clear my head, since I've came back I've realised that it's worth sorting my life out rather than running away from it. I am a good & happy person why should I let situations and others take that from me.

I feel I needed to explain a little and now I'm going to speak about my post! - I have had a total clear out and 'freshen up' of literally my entire wardrobe and feel I have really updated my style and gave 'done' clothes the boot and started wearing what I want rather than following styles/ trends and what shops have in currently.

My trench coat is literally my favourite thing at the moment and is perfect for England's temperamental weather, I love the length of this one and it is excellent quality. You can buy them new or vintage.. mines vintage as there is no way i'd be able to drop £1000+ on a coat.

Contradicting my coat are my new Birkenstock sandals, I love these ugly things and they're super comfy & again good quality! I got the Milano Style Birkies because I like something round the back of my foot rather than just a slider.

The Faux fur gillet was a total bargain.. It was one of those finds on ebay where you're unsure if this foreign chinese sellers items are going to be legit/ going to turn up but for £12.00 I thought I'd take the risk… It is amazing for £12.00 so I couldn't not share with you all! (check the link.)

All links are under photo apart from my dress which is Zara and my hat which is H&M! (can't find the products online but they are in certain stores still!)

number twenty three - intro to Hackney

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So.. Yesterday myself and James moved to Hackney, London! A huge thing for us.. (First time living away from home and first time living in a city as  h u g e  as London.) I felt it was important to have not too much stuff in my room whilst still adding some personal touches! I feel it has a nice simple but personal feel to the room and as a whole has a really nice chilled vibe! I got all the furniture I brought with me from Ikea 2 x Clothes Rails & 2 x Bedside cabinets! The rest in here came with the room!
With this move to London I'm hoping it will change me as a person to live my life very fully and adventurously! I've moved to the biggest city in the country with no job only hopes.. possibly a stupid idea but lets see how I can cope and figure my life out! First stop adventuring then job/permanent house hunting. I feel like having a ''fresh start'' or ''re-model'' of my life is a really good choice and I needed to break out of the depressive cycle I had started falling into a few months ago.

From tomorrow this is adventure week, so any suggestions of cool things to check out/do/eat would be very much appreciated!

number twenty-one - As black as my heart

Top // Skirt // Jumper // Shoes // Bangle // Ring // Jeans

While the shops are littered with pastel colours at the minute, there's only a handful of ''colours'' I'm remotely interested in wearing right now and most of them seem to be on the darker end of the spectrum. My wardrobe consists mainly of black and I don't mind this at all.. in fact I like love it.
My wonderful boyfriend bought me these amazing Doc's for Valentines day and I am  in love with them! He picked them himself without any help and I think it makes me like them more- soppy right?! Anyway, They look so good with all this black clothing I've been buying/wearing recently, and the patent shine on the leather adds an extra little something to any outfit!
All the clothing items are from Topshop I already own the fluffy crop jumper and absolutely cannot take it off! Next for me to buy will be the MOM Jeans, they are black but are slightly stonewashed which I love in jeans! Also if any of you have any Topshop MOM Jeans, you'll know the fit is super comfy which is always a plus!
The jewellery I've added into this post is absolutely amazing and all handmade! The Great Frog London specialises in amazing unique silver pieces and I can't wait for when I can afford to get myself something, the skull bangle is to die for! I wanted to feature more jewellery in this post but ran out of some space! I've been obsessing over silver at the moment and these stores have some perfect items- Bloody Mary Metal / Empty Casket / Shop Dixi / Regal Rose
If you know of any other stores that have amazing jewellery like these please send links my way!

number twenty - absence makes the heart grow fonder

Bag // Hat // Shoes // Necklace // Dress // Thigh High Socks

I've been so busy recently that I've been finding it hard to spare any time to post on my blog, I just don't know how most girls do it! Working a full time job, seeing my friends and other various day to day things I have to do leave absolutely no time for me to post anything at all that wouldn't seem rushed and boring!

A few things are changing for me at the minute, as of next month I am moving to London! To find work and to just- (finger crossed...) lead a better life than I do here up north.. The job prospects are grim here and for a 20 year old woman it's kinda now or never with the whole skipping off to London 'on a whim' thing. It could be the best thing I ever do, it could be the worst; but its worth a try when I have absolutely no strings tying me down to where I am currently! (So as I won't be employed right away I will for sure be posting a lot lot more on here! and also documenting my London adventures.. I cannot wait!)

This little outfit post consists of some things I've had my eye on for a while- the slouchy striped dress is from Monki and I love the loose shape of it, I think it would be really flattering on my tall frame and for only £18.00 I think my minds made up. Everything else is just accessories, all black- of course! Slouchy hat, leather back pack, chunky boots and some cute thigh highs! ...and not forgetting the cute little statement necklace from Regal Rose, there's a variety of ''sayings'' to choose from but this one is my favourite!

Number Nineteen - A-line

Skirt - Newlook // Drape Blouse - Topshop // Fedora - Topshop // Shoes - Zara // Clutch - BANK

Channelling a little ''goth'' and a little ''simplicity'' as far as colours are concerned. Where can you go wrong with black?!

A-line skirts are cropping up all over the place and until I saw this one from Newlook I was really unsure on them.. Concerned that the shape of the garment would be completely unflattering for me. I saw this Faux Crocodile style skirt and just HAD to risk it for just £8.00 I think I made the correct decision!

I just know that my 'wrap front drape blouse' from Topshop Is going to be something I frequently wear throughout 2014. Its so minimalistic that it just adds an effortless touch to any outfit. It is available in other colours too such as blue & light grey

My accessories are simple my Michael Kors watch, and my Faux fur bag from BANK. (I got this bag for Christmas off my friend and I love it so much! It is h u g e - something I look for in a clutch so I can take my full bedroom out with me on nights out!) My fedora was something I bought from Topshop over a year ago! but there is LOADS similar on the website and my shoes I bought from Zara over a year ago. I love simple slipper pumps, and the added skull makes them even more cute!

Number Eighteen - £100 Voucher for F&F

I entered a giveaway on Sweet Monday Blog to win a £100 voucher to spend on clothing at F&F. I was lucky enough to be winner and received my delivery yesterday!

I had a little bit of a difficult time choosing what stuff to get because there is alot of stuff to choose from! I originally wanted to get a nice warm coat but they all went in the sale and sold out of my sizes before I got my voucher code! That aside I still got some wonderful things and am totally happy with my picks!

This high neck tunic dress is available in red or black and at £18.00* is totally a bargain and sooooo worth it! It is a really good quality item for the price and I am totally in love with it.

I also got two really cute strappy camisole's one in cobalt and the other in black. At £8.00* each these cute little cami's are such good quality & value for money. They're exactly the same as others from the likes of Topshop etc and are literally more than half the price. I love the colour of the Cobalt one and really think it compliments my new hair nicely!

Now for my favourite two items I received the Black Satin Strappy Jumpsuit £25.00* and the Faux fur Collar Wrap (which is now off the website!)
This outfit I totally fell in love with, I love how dark everything is and the faux fur collar wrap is literally my favourite thing in my wardrobe at the moment. I was lusting after the jumpsuits from Topshop but was really struggling to find one that fit me properly and thanks to F&F I have succeeded!

I also bought some lingerie & slippers from the sale but have chose not to feature them in the blog post!

I LOVE all of the clothes and items I chose to spend my voucher on and there is literally nothing I am unhappy with. I now will shop at F&F more because of how good quality and value for money the items are!

Big thankyou to Sweet Monday Blog for the giveaway oppurtunity and a big thanks to F&F for the voucher and some absolutely wonderful items!

Number Seventeen - London Adventure

This weekend just gone I went for an adventure in London with James. He was driving a band called Alcoa and I tagged along for the last couple of days and had a really amazing time, met some lovely new people and really enjoyed all the music/bands I listened too.. and had a look round some of the amazing shops in London.

We visited Camden and 'the Horse Tunnel Market' is so amazing, the statues are beautiful and the market is truly fascinating and full of all sorts of treasure!

In Camden there was quite abit of 'street art' that I thought was really nice and I also think that there should be more!

Then we went for a pint in the Worlds End, It is the coolest pub I've ever been in and wish there was more pubs like this near where I live!!
